4. Ordering and Payment

The order is confirmed upon payment validation, followed by a confirmation email.

5.3. Delays and Lost Shipments

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

6.1. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer laws, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return or refund without justification.

6.2. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on Wen Moon’s part.

All products are covered by legal warranties:
